Biography :

I am pleased to join Platinum Realty in St Louis. I provide both residential and commercial real estate services in the St. Louis Metropolitian area. As a native St. Louisan, I am ver familiar with the neighborhood in the city and county. I have sold properties in all areas of the city and county, including St. Charles county. I have a financial and business background after working in healthcare administration for 30 years. I am detailed oriented, understand contracts, and dedicated to my clients. 

My goals are to ensure my clients are well informed of their real estate decision that they will make, since it may be the biggest decision they will make in their life.

Paul was great. He was not only attentive, but did his homework on every house that I was interested in. He provided comp's, seller disclosures, etc., in effect, everything I needed to know BEFORE even going to look at a house. My previous agent would only show up at a prospective house - show me and ask if I wanted to make an offer. Huge difference with Paul - I was blown away. He was also patient with me. I was a picky buyer - and he showed me a number of homes, and never complained once. I was very appreciative. Lastly, he was professional. When we finally found "the one" - and I made a successful offer, he was able to navigate through the process with the seller's agent, who was NOT professional. He was able to deal with her, and not get sucked into her unprofessional behavior. Paul was the best agent I ever worked with - huge contrast with my previous agent.
